What each plan includes

Starter

Every plan includes one new or ported phone number per user (local or toll-free), calling and texting to US and Canadian numbers (subject to Quo’s fair use policy), voicemail transcripts, the Quo API, email support, the Sona AI agent with 1,000 free automation credits (about 10 calls), and connections to ChatGPT and Claude.

Business

Business is the plan most growing teams need. It adds AI call summaries and transcripts, group calling, custom ring orders, call transfers, phone menus, automatic call recording, analytics and reporting, HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, and live chat support.

Scale

Scale adds AI call tags, dedicated onboarding, priority live chat and email support, and inbound phone support.

Add-ons and catches to know about

  • You pay per person. Every teammate who needs their own number or login is another seat, so a 3-person team on Business costs $69 a month billed yearly.
  • Extra numbers cost more. Each additional number is $5 a month, billed yearly.
  • International calls are extra. Calls and texts to the US and Canada are included; international calling and texting are charged per minute or per message by destination.
  • The AI agent has limits. Each plan includes 1,000 Sona credits, and one call uses 100. More credits cost $25 a month (40 calls) up to $199 a month (600 calls), with overage from $1.00 down to $0.45 a call.
  • Call summaries need Business. AI call summaries, transcripts, phone menus and call recording aren’t on Starter.

Is Quo worth the price?

For a solo owner or small team that wants a business number on their own phone, Quo’s Starter plan is one of the simplest ways to separate business and personal calls, and texting is included. Most teams that answer customer calls together will want Business for call transfers, phone menus and call summaries.
