Shortlist Software is published by Pickwell Media, an independent publisher of buyer’s guides. These standards apply to everything we publish.
Independence
- Companies cannot pay to be included in our guides, to change our picks or to review content before it’s published.
- We include tools we don’t earn anything from when they’re the right fit, and we point out the downsides of tools we do earn from.
- Affiliate relationships never decide our recommendations. See our affiliate disclosure for how we make money.
Accuracy
- Prices, plans and features are checked against each company’s own website, and we link to our sources.
- Every guide shows the date its prices were last checked, and we re-check every guide at least once a month. See how we research.
- We describe our work accurately: our guides are research-based, and we don’t claim hands-on testing we haven’t done.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it promptly. Material corrections, such as a wrong price or a plan feature that changed, are noted on the page with the date of the change. To report an error, email [email protected].
Use of AI tools
We use AI tools to help with research and drafting. Every price and plan detail is checked against the company’s own website before it’s published, and Bradford Gilliland, our founder, is responsible for everything we publish.
