Updated October 31, 2026. Prices below were checked on Brevo’s pricing page on this date.

Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) prices its email plans mainly by how many emails you send each month, not just how many contacts you store. That makes it one of the cheapest options for businesses with a big list they email only occasionally. It has a free plan and four paid tiers: Starter, Standard, Professional and Enterprise.

Brevo pricing at a glance

  • Free: $0 forever, no credit card, up to 300 emails a day once Brevo approves your account for sending.
  • Starter: $9 a month billed monthly, or $8.08 a month billed yearly, for 5,000 emails a month.
  • Standard: $18 a month billed monthly, or $16.17 a month billed yearly, adding automation and A/B testing.
  • Professional: $499 a month billed monthly, or $449.08 billed yearly, from 150,000 emails a month.
  • Enterprise: custom pricing for companies with 1 million+ contacts. Yearly billing saves 10%.

What Starter costs as you send more

Emails per monthStarter (billed yearly)
5,000$8.08/mo
10,000$15.25/mo
15,000$22.50/mo
20,000$28.75/mo
30,000$35.08/mo
50,000$50.42/mo

Prices from Brevo’s plan builder on yearly billing, before taxes. Brevo’s builder also lists a contact allowance with the smaller tiers (500 contacts at 5,000 emails, 1,500 at 10,000 and 2,500 at 15,000), so check that your list fits before you buy.

What each plan includes

Free

A free-forever account with no credit card required, so you can upload contacts and send up to 300 emails a day once your account is approved for sending.

Starter

Email and transactional messages, the drag-and-drop editor, templates, an AI content generator, advanced segmentation, signup forms that trigger a follow-up email, basic reporting and email support. Removing the Brevo logo from emails is a paid add-on on Starter ($10.80 a month when we checked).

Standard

Brevo’s most popular plan adds unlimited multi-step marketing automations, A/B testing, advanced reporting (click heatmaps, geography and device reports), AI send-time optimization, web and event tracking, 1 landing page, and no Brevo logo.

Professional and Enterprise

Professional adds WhatsApp, popups and mobile and web push, contact scoring and 10 user seats, starting from 150,000 emails a month. Enterprise is custom-priced for very large lists and adds SSO and dedicated support.

Costs and catches to know about

  • Automation needs Standard. Starter has signup follow-ups, but multi-step automations start on Standard.
  • The logo costs extra on Starter. Removing “Sent with Brevo” is an add-on unless you’re on Standard or above.
  • Small tiers include limited contacts. Check the contact allowance in Brevo’s plan builder, not just the email volume.
  • There’s a big jump to Professional. It starts at $449.08 a month billed yearly.

Is Brevo worth the price?

For businesses that send a few campaigns a month to a large list, Brevo can be the cheapest option, which is why it’s our pick for big lists you email occasionally in our email marketing guide. If you email often or want automations at the lowest price, compare it with MailerLite, whose Comfort plan includes automations.
