Docusign is the best-known e-signature tool, but its plans cap how many documents you can send. Personal is $11 a month billed annually for 5 envelopes a month, and Standard is $30 per user per month with 100 envelopes per user per year.

If you send more than a handful of documents, or you’re paying for several users, these three alternatives can cost much less.

Why people look for Docusign alternatives

  • Sending limits. Personal allows 5 envelopes a month; Standard allows 100 per user per year.
  • Per-user pricing. Standard is $30 per user per month billed annually.
  • No free plan for sending. Occasional senders still pay a monthly fee.
